So I haven’t posted many craft projects lately and it’s something I’ve really missed. I love creating simple and fun things for the holidays so I thought it would be perfect to kick off my Halloween posts with these super easy and adorable Candy Corn Tealight Holders. You can put them together in minutes and replace the tealights to keep the fun going all fall long!
Not only are they easy but they’re relatively cheap too!
What you need:
- Glass Jars – Dollar Tree
- Candy Corn
- Jack O’ Lantern Adhesives (I purchased these at Target)
Simply adhere your Jack O’ Lantern faces onto the front of your jars, pour in your candy corn and set your tealight in the middle so it’s secure and level.
If you can’t find the adhesives you could paint the faces on or use a Silhouette (Seriously need to get myself one of these) like Maggie from The Love Nerds did with her Monster Mash Jars.
I don’t really get that big into Halloween, though last year I dressed up as Effie Trinket and it was the first time I had dressed up in years! This year we’ll be at my brother in law’s last football game and have a wedding to go to the next day so I don’t think we’ll be doing much. I know many people would disagree but I feel like Halloween is really a holiday for the kids, however, I’ll use any excuse to throw a party so stay tuned for tomorrow’s Halloween themed party here on the blog!
