See what I mean, easy and cute! Two things we all really like, right? This recipe is so easy and fun to throw together, in fact you could probably put together a whole army of Ghosts in about 15 minutes! The dark chocolate cups (Chocomaker, found at Walmart) are filled with chocolate pudding and topped with a fluffy stabilized whipped cream!
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Confectioners' Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix dry
- 1 box 12 cups Chocomaker Chocolate Cups
- 2 Chocolate Snack Pack Pudding Cups can use homemade or prepared box pudding
- Chocolate Sprinkles
- Mini Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Curls
- Halloween Sprinkles optional
Add heavy cream, pudding mix, and confectioners' sugar to a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
Whip until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
While cream is whipping, spoon a tablespoon of chocolate pudding into each of the cups, using the back of the spoon to swirl it around to evenly fill in the base.
Using a large circle tip, pipe whipped cream onto the pudding in a circular motion to make ghosts.
Press two brown sprinkles in almost all the way to make the eyes.
Use mini chocolate chip or chocolate curl to make mouth.
Sprinkle with additional Halloween sprinkles if you'd like.
Serve the same day.
