These One-Pot Caramel Fudge Brownies are loaded with Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Milk Chocolate Morsels with Caramel Filling, rippled with caramel sauce and drenched in a little more, you know, because that’s the way I roll.
Growing up, I remember my mom making two desserts, no bake cookies and my favorite: BROWNIES! Now, I pretty much love sweets in every shape and form, but nothing beats a warm fudgy brownie and a glass of milk. NOTHING, I tell ya! But there are ways to make brownies better, you can make them a little boozy, you can make them fruity, but the best thing to do with them is make them more chocolaty and gooey. And that my friends, is exactly what’s happening here tonight.
This time of year it’s gingerbread and peppermint everywhere you look, but sometimes you just want the classic combo of chocolate and caramel! And even more so you want very few dishes, because it’s the holidays and less mess equals less stress, am I right? Of course I am! So that’s why these ONE-POT brownies are going to be your new best friend!
If you line your baking dish with foil or parchment paper and eat these puppies straight out of it like you know you want to, then that means just one dish to clean. Heck just pop a scoop of ice cream right on top and you’re good to go! I think that makes these brownies are an all around winner!
So let’s talk about these Nestle Toll House DelightFulls for a minute, first of they’re way more than delightful, they’re down right delicious! I first used them for Matt’s birthday cookies because he pretty much begged me to try the peanut butter ones, not that I needed much convincing. Each of the four morsel flavors: Caramel, Mint, Cherry, and Peanut Butter are filled with a sweet little surprise that’s sure to make for a great twist on any dessert!
These Caramel Morsels in particular were the perfect match for these decadent and super fudgy brownies. They’re loaded into the batter and sprinkled over the top before baking, and in about 50 minutes you’ve got a little piece of chocolate heaven to go with that cold glass of milk!
So do you guys want to learn an awesome kitchen hack? Sure you do! Have you ever tried cutting warm brownies with a knife or spatula? It usually doesn’t go so hot, right? Well that’s because you need to use a PLASTIC knife to cut warm brownies. Seriously, these perfectly square brownies were cut within minutes of being pulled from the oven! The brownie won’t cling to the plastic and mangle your dessert! You’re welcome!
So what are you waiting for, get on making a batch of these ooey, gooey, sinful brownies, stat!
