During the month of August I signed up for Package Pals hosted by Jamie of C.R.A.F.T. and Julia of Stars and Sunshine. Jamie and Julia started Package pals as a way of connecting and growing our friendships as bloggers. They match up those bloggers who want to participate and we exchange crafty packages with each other, kind of like being pen pals. I was paired up with the wonderful Cindy over at Little Miss Celebration! Cindy’s blog has a little bit of everything, from Vanilla Cream French Toast Cups with Apple Filling to her Ribbon Wrapped Gift Box.
Through email correspondence and our blogs, Cindy and I got to know each other better. One thing we both had in common was that we both absolutely LOVE Christmas, I mean seriously, this girl has over 3000 pins just on her Crazy for Christmas board. So I instantly knew I wanted to send her something that had to do with Christmas, you can check out the package I sent her here.
Cindy put so much thought into my package and really nailed it. She sent me some furniture distressing materials, which I was really excited about. I already used the cheesecloth she sent to apply wax to the buffet I transformed this past weekend! She also sent me some fine 320 sand paper which I am looking forward to using!

Cindy wanted to know what craft product I wanted to try but never had, my answer: washi tape. She sent me several rolls in some great colors that I can’t wait to use. She also sent me a little baby Christmas tree that I can’t wait to get all decorated up and bring in to the office this holiday season. I’m hoping to find a place for the blue mason jar in my new dining room, maybe use it as a vase or something.
She sent me some great little embellishments, too. I’m not sure what I am going to do with them yet, usually I like to use things like this to spruce up my gift wrapping!
More Christmas stuff! Who doesn’t love a little glitter around the holidays, okay, my husband doesn’t, but too bad for him. I love the ribbon, it’s the perfect country Christmas ribbon and I can’t wait to use it! She also sent me some lights for the holiday season.
Last but not least, she sent me a new product that she discovered recently, Phoomph. Phoomph is a fabric bonding sheet that allows your to use fabric and a number of creative ways. I have never used this product, but I am intrigued and can’t wait to start working with it!
Thank you so much, Cindy, for being my Package Pal and for all the wonderful craft goodies. It was a lot of fun to get to know you better and come up with a package just for you! I can’t wait to use my goodies and share my creations with all of my followers!
