My whole family is pretty much addicted to peanut butter, so when I show up with a bowl or two of this on Christmas instead of something laced with peppermint or loaded with cranberries, they don’t mind one bit! This dip whips together so quickly and it can be stored in the fridge in an air-tight container for up to 48 hours before serving, making it a no-fuss treat that’s great for holidays, birthdays, and everyday snacking!

- 8 oz. package whipped cream cheese
- ¾ cup SKIPPY Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- ½ cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 tsp graham cracker crumbs
- In a medium bowl or stand mixer, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla, heavy cream, and confectioners' sugar with a whisk attachment until light and smooth.
- Transfer to two small or 1 medium sized serving bowls and sprinkle the edge with the graham cracker crumbs.
- Serve with graham crackers or and other cookie or cracker.
