This Cherry Pie Dip is all the deliciousness of the classic pie but easier to make and perfect for parties! Fresh cherries are simmered into a thick and gooey dip served with cinnamon sugar pie chips!
Combine diced and pitted cherries, lemon juice, light brown sugar, and ground cinnamon in a medium pot. Cook over low-medium heat until the juice from the apple begins to boil.
In a separate bowl, dissolve corn starch in water in a separate bowl and stir into cherry mixture. Bring to a boil again and allow mix to thicken. Serve hot, room temp, or cold with Cinnamon Sugar Pie Chips.
