Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup Hood Cottage Cheese with Garden Vegetables
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 4 tablespoons black olives, sliced
  • 1 plum tomato, diced

Instructions

  • In four small and wide glasses, add ΒΌ cup of the hummus, cottage cheese, guacamole, and salsa to each. Then add a thin layer of shredded cheese to each, as well as a tablespoon of black olives and diced tomatoes. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
