This Cherry Chia Jam is simple and delicious! Only three ingredients and no cooking or canning needed!
Ingredients

Cherries
pitted

1/4
cup
Honey
▢

Chia Seeds
Instructions
Place cherries in a blender or food processor and blend until cherries are in small chunks.
Transfer cherries into a large bowl and stir in honey and chia seeds.
Cover and place in fridge for at least three hours, preferably overnight.
Remove from fridge and transfer to air tight containers and store in fridge.
Eat or freeze within 7 days.
Notes
You can substitute the honey with any sweetener you want, sugar, agave, etc.
