Cherry Chia Jam

This Cherry Chia Jam is simple and delicious! Only three ingredients and no cooking or canning needed!

Ingredients  

  • 1 lb Cherries pitted
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 3 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Place cherries in a blender or food processor and blend until cherries are in small chunks.
  • Transfer cherries into a large bowl and stir in honey and chia seeds.
  • Cover and place in fridge for at least three hours, preferably overnight.
  • Remove from fridge and transfer to air tight containers and store in fridge.
  • Eat or freeze within 7 days.

Notes

You can substitute the honey with any sweetener you want, sugar, agave, etc.
