Macadamia Panko Crusted Salmon




Ingredients  

  • 4 x 2" salmon steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 cup panko gluten free bread crumbs or bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup macadamia nuts finely chopped
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Salt and pepper the salmon. Mix the honey with the mustard and paint on the salmon. Mix the panko crumb, macadamia nuts, thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Divide into four and mound on top of the salmon. Bake for 15-18 min. until salmon is just done.
