Caramel Apple Dip is loaded with luscious apple chunks in brown sugar and caramel sauce and contains a sprinkle of apple pie spice. 

Ingredients  

Caramel Apple Pie Dip:

  • 2 cups apples peeled, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce

Cinnamon Sugar Pie Chips:

  • 1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • 3 tablespoon salted butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

Caramel Apple Pie Dip

  • Combine chopped apples, lemon juice, light brown sugar, and apple pie spice in a medium pot. Cook over low-medium heat until the juice from the apple begins to boil.
    2 cups apples, 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, ½ teaspoon apple pie spice
  • Dissolve corn starch in water in a separate bowl and stir into apple mixture.
    1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon water
  • Bring to a boil again and allow mix to thicken.
  • Add in the caramel sauce at the end and pour into a serving dish and serve hot, room temp, or cold with Cinnamon Sugar Pie Chips.
    1-2 tablespoons caramel sauce

Cinnamon Sugar Pie Chips

  • Preheat the oven according to package directions and roll the pie crust out on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    1 package refrigerated pie crust
  • Brush the dough with melted butter.
    3 tablespoon salted butter
  • Using a pizza cutter, cut the pie crust into small wedges.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 10 minutes.
    ¼ cup granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Notes

  • You can also serve this over cream cheese! Simply combine 8oz. softened cream cheese with a few tablespoons of brown sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract and add mixture to a wide bowl. Then top with the apple pie dip and enjoy!
