Mashed Gorgonzola Red Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 3 lb. red potatoes
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 cup gorgonzola cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tbsp. whole milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. In large pot, bring to boil 8 cups of water and garlic.
  2. Cube potatoes and add to boiling water.
  3. Boil for about 20 minutes, until tender.
  4. Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
