Mashed Gorgonzola Red Potatoes

minced garlic

gorgonzola cheese crumbles

butter
▢

whole milk

Instructions
In large pot, bring to boil 8 cups of water and garlic.
Cube potatoes and add to boiling water.
Boil for about 20 minutes, until tender.
Drain potatoes and transfer to a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
