Add heavy cream, pudding mix, and confectioners' sugar to a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
Whip until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
While cream is whipping, spoon a tablespoon of chocolate pudding into each of the cups, using the back of the spoon to swirl it around to evenly fill in the base.
Using a large circle tip, pipe whipped cream onto the pudding in a circular motion to make ghosts.
Press two brown sprinkles in almost all the way to make the eyes.
Use mini chocolate chip or chocolate curl to make mouth.
Sprinkle with additional Halloween sprinkles if you'd like.
Serve the same day.
