Ghost Chocolate Cream Pie Bites

These Ghost Chocolate Cream Pie Bites are a fun and easy Halloween Dessert you can make in minutes!

Ingredients  

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup Confectioners' Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix dry
  • 1 box 12 cups Chocomaker Chocolate Cups
  • 2 Chocolate Snack Pack Pudding Cups can use homemade or prepared box pudding
  • Chocolate Sprinkles
  • Mini Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Curls
  • Halloween Sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Add heavy cream, pudding mix, and confectioners' sugar to a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment.
  • Whip until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  • While cream is whipping, spoon a tablespoon of chocolate pudding into each of the cups, using the back of the spoon to swirl it around to evenly fill in the base.
  • Using a large circle tip, pipe whipped cream onto the pudding in a circular motion to make ghosts.
  • Press two brown sprinkles in almost all the way to make the eyes.
  • Use mini chocolate chip or chocolate curl to make mouth.
  • Sprinkle with additional Halloween sprinkles if you'd like.
  • Serve the same day.
