Vegan Berry Banana Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients  

Smoothie:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blackberries
  • 1 tsp Agave
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk

Toppings:

  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds

Instructions

  • Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into two bowls and top with toppings, dividing evenly between the two.

Notes

Use Vegan mini chocolate chips to keep the dish vegan.
Can substitute agave for honey if being vegan isn't a concern.
