Add berries, sugar, and wine to a large bowl and mix together.
Cover with cling wrap and let set for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Prepare whipped cream and set aside.
Prepare pudding according to package instructions and set aside.
In a 9 x 13 baking pan, lay a layer of graham crackers out, covering the whole bottom, about 7 1/2 grahams.
Add about 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream to the graham crackers and spread out evenly.
Evenly spread out a layer of pudding.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Add another layer of whipped cream.
Add all the berries as a layer.
Fill in the gaps between the berries with pudding.
Add another layer of graham crackers.
Add another layer of whipped cream, pudding, and graham crackers.
Add a final layer of whipped cream and cover with foil and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
Top with fresh berries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
