Raspberry Honey Mustard Sauce

Tart raspberries brush up with sweet honey and tangy mustard in this easy homemade sauce!

Ingredients  

  • 1/2 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Whisk together mustard, honey, vinegar and salt in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • In a small sauce pan, heat raspberries and sugar until raspberries burst.
  • Macerate raspberries til almost a juice.
  • Whisk raspberry sauce into mustard mixture and place in the fridge to cool.
  • Serve as a dipping sauce or salad dressing.
