This Easy Banana Bread is moist, delicious and loaded with chopped walnuts! It's perfect for any occasion!

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 350ºF.
  • BEAT egg, Miracle Whip, and bananas in large bowl with whisk until blended. Mix remaining ingredients. Add to banana mixture; stir just until moistened.
  • POUR into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • BAKE 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
