Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients until evenly mixed. Let sit for 2 hours for the herbs to infuse the butter then stir again and either wrap for later use or use right away.

Notes

  • This butter will keep for 5 days in the fridge and 1 month in the freezer.
