Notes
Can I Make Poinsettia Mimosas Ahead Of Time For An Easier Party Prep? I don’t recommend making these ahead of time since the fizz from the sparkling wine will start to dissipate. This will cause the mimosa to lose its overall bubbly effect as well as taste a bit off.
Is There An Easy Way To Pour And Serve Mimosas For A Large Crowd? Unfortunately making Mimosas in a large batch messes with the carbonation in the sparkling wine. To serve a crowd I’d recommend setting up an assembly line for quicker pouring! For the assembly line start by setting out all of the glasses you’ll need. Then go down the line adding the cranberry juice and Cointreau to each. Afterward, go back to the beginning of the line and top each glass off with the prosecco or champagne.
Could I Use Cranberry Cocktail In This Recipe Instead Of 100% Cranberry Juice? You can, just keep in mind that the cranberry cocktail will be filled with more sugar, making for a sweeter cocktail! Whereas, 100% cranberry juice is sweetened with other fruit juices instead of sugar and high-fructose corn syrup. However, using the two interchangeably will be fine, there just could be a slight overall taste difference.
