  • Use the back of a spoon to spread 3 tablespoons marshmallow fluff around the sides of a 20 to 24 ounce cup and set aside.
    Fluff being spread around the inside of a plastic coffee cup.
  • Add ¼ cup pumpkin spice sauce, 1 tablespoon Nutella, and 1 pinch salt to a glass and brew 2 ounces espresso over it.

  • Use a hand frother to mix the pumpkin espresso mixture until smooth and creamy, and set aside.

  • Fill the glass ¾ of the way with ice and add in 8 ounces milk.

  • Pour the pumpkin espresso mixture over the milk.

  • Prepare 1 batch Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam and top the latte with it. Sip to enjoy the cold foam in all its glory or serve with a straw.
