Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. 
  • Roll dough into 1/2 cup-sized balls and place 3 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet. use the bottom of a glass or a spatula to press the cookies flat.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
