Slice french bread into 1-inch slices and arrange them in a 9x13-inch casserole dish.

Arrange bread slices in a large and deep casserole dish.
Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl. Then add in liquid creamer, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour over bread.

Cover tightly with plastic wrap and store in the fridge for 4-12 hours.
Remove from fridge and add pecans and slices of butter and place in the oven.

Turn the oven on to 350°F, you want the french toast to heat up with the oven.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Top with whipped cream and caramel sauce.
