This Broccoli Salad is an easy, crunchy, and lightly sweetened side salad that's perfect for BBQs and more! Made with fresh broccoli, grapes, cheese, sunflower seeds, bacon, and a delightful dressing!

Ingredients  

  • 2 broccoli crowns
  • 1 3- ounce package pre-cooked bacon pieces*
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
  • 1 8- ounce block cheddar cheese diced
  • 1 cup red grapes chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Clean and cut broccoli crowns into small florets and add to large bowl.
  • Add the bacon pieces, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, and grapes to the mix.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and red wine vinegar.
  • Add dressing and sugar to the broccoli mix and toss until evenly coated.
  • Let chill in the fridge until ready to serve.

Notes

  • You can cook your bacon up fresh if you prefer, use about 1/2 cup of bacon pieces.
