This Broccoli Salad is an easy, crunchy, and lightly sweetened side salad that's perfect for BBQs and more! Made with fresh broccoli, grapes, cheese, sunflower seeds, bacon, and a delightful dressing!
Servings: 10 people
- 2 broccoli crowns
- 1 3- ounce package pre-cooked bacon pieces*
- 1/2 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
- 1 8- ounce block cheddar cheese diced
- 1 cup red grapes chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Clean and cut broccoli crowns into small florets and add to large bowl.
Add the bacon pieces, sunflower seeds, cheddar cheese, and grapes to the mix.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo and red wine vinegar.
Add dressing and sugar to the broccoli mix and toss until evenly coated.
Let chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
- You can cook your bacon up fresh if you prefer, use about 1/2 cup of bacon pieces.
