  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 ounces lemon greek yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • cups fresh strawberries hulled
  • cup oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder
