Crispy Chicken Thai Peanut Noodles

These Crispy Chicken Thai Peanut Noodles are a quick and easy meal that's perfect for weeknights!

  • 4 Tyson® Crispy Strips
  • 12 oz. linguine fini
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Zest and juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup shredded salad carrots
  • 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro chopped


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place Tyson Crispy Tenders on a baking sheet.
  • Once oven is preheated, bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta to Al dente according to package directions, usually about 6 - 7 minutes, do not overcook.
  • While pasta is cooking, add peanut butter to a microwave safe bowl and heat for about 15 - 20 seconds, whisk in the soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar, canola oil, ginger, honey, sriracha, sesame oil and lime zest and juice.
  • Drain pasta and transfer back into the pan, add in carrots, peanuts, green onions, and cilantro.
  • Pour peanut sauce over the pasta and stir until evenly coated.
  • Remove the chicken from the oven and chop up, add to pan and mix well. Serve hot.
