This Peanut Butter & Chocolate Ice Cream Bread is a sweet dessert made with just 5 simple ingredients.

Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease 4x8 bread pan and set aside.
Mix ice cream, flour, and salt together in a medium sized bowl until fully combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour batter into the bread pan.
Swirl peanut butter into the top of the bread.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
