Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients  

  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 2/3 cup regular rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon flax seed
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl combine yogurt, oats, milk, banana honey, flax seed and peanut butter,
  • Transfer mixture to a pint jar with a lid or two half-pint jars with lids. Cover and chill overnight or up to three days.
  • To serve spoon oatmeal into a small bowl and top with more banana slices, if preferred.
