plain low-fat yogurt

regular rolled oats
▢

milk

small banana

honey

flax seed

peanut butter
Instructions
In a medium bowl combine yogurt, oats, milk, banana honey, flax seed and peanut butter,
Transfer mixture to a pint jar with a lid or two half-pint jars with lids. Cover and chill overnight or up to three days.
To serve spoon oatmeal into a small bowl and top with more banana slices, if preferred.
