Instructions

  • Preheat waffle iron. Beat the egg in large bowl with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in the flour, eggnog, milk, melted butter, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla, just until smooth.
  • Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mix onto hot waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Serve hot with homemade Spiced Vanilla Syrup, whipped cream or ice cream and a dash of nutmeg. 

Notes

  • I use this waffle maker and this recipe yields two Belgian-sized waffles. 
  • You can substitute Hood Golden Eggnog for one of their other delicious flavors.
