Sheet Pan Egg In A Hole
This Sheet Pan Egg In A Hole recipe is a simple way to prepare the traditional Egg-In-A-Hole breakfast dish for a crowd in less than 20 minutes!
Servings: 12 people
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spring a large jelly roll pan with non-stick spray.
Use a 2 1/4-inch biscuit cutter to cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Arrange the bread slices on the prepared pan.
Crack an egg into each hole and bake for 7.5 to 10 minutes. If you like a runny yolk, cook on the lower end, if you like a solid yolk cook for the higher end. Ovens vary and the eggs will continue to cook slightly once pulled out of the oven.
