This Sheet Pan Egg In A Hole recipe is a simple way to prepare the traditional Egg-In-A-Hole breakfast dish for a crowd in less than 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 12 slices Brioche or thick-cut bread
  • 12 large Nellie's Free-Range Eggs
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • toppings as desired

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and spring a large jelly roll pan with non-stick spray.
  • Use a 2 1/4-inch biscuit cutter to cut a hole in the center of each slice of bread. Arrange the bread slices on the prepared pan.
  • Crack an egg into each hole and bake for 7.5 to 10 minutes. If you like a runny yolk, cook on the lower end, if you like a solid yolk cook for the higher end. Ovens vary and the eggs will continue to cook slightly once pulled out of the oven.
