Dirty Soda made with Coke, coconut creamer, and lime juice is a deliciously indulgent soda shoppe style drink served over ice and perfect for sipping on a hot summer day or as a dessert treat!
Pour in the Coke, followed by the creamer and lime juice and stir to combine.
Garnish with a lime slice and maraschino cherry if desired.
Notes
Feel free to use any ratio of soda to creamer that you prefer, this is just what I find works best for me in terms of sweetness.
The original Dirty Soda "The Founder" is made with Diet Coke, but I personally don't consume diet beverages are anything with artificial sweeteners in it. So I went with classic coke and it's still really delicious. It's also made with coconut simple syrup, lime juice, and heavy cream - here's a traditional recipe for it.
Ingredients
8 ounces Coke
½ ounce coconut simple syrup
½ ounce fresh lime juice
2 ounces heavy cream
Lime slice, for garnish
Directions
Fill a glass halfway with ice.
Pour in the Coke, coconut simple syrup, and lime juice.
Slowly pour the heavy cream in.
Garnish with a lime slice and serve with a straw.
Stir before enjoying.
Feel free to try other variations with different soda flavors, creamers, simple syrups, and more! Here are a few we like!
Orange Creamsicle: Orange soda and coconut creme creamer.
Dirty Shirley: Not to be confused with my Dirty Shirley cocktail, this recipe takes the classic mocktail made with lemon-lime soda and grenadine and adds some cream!
