Sansa's Lemon Cake Cocktail

Inspired by the famous Game of Thrones dessert, Sansa's Lemon Cake Cocktail is made with ice cream, milk, lemon curd, rum, and cake and is the perfect blend of tart and sweet in a glass!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup lemon curd
- 1 ounce white rum
- 1 cup cubed pound cake
- Perfect Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe
- Sprinkles for garnish
- Lemon Wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Add ice cream, milk, lemon curd, rum, and cake to a blender and blend smooth creamy. Add more ice cream to create desired thickness.
- Pour into a glass and serve with whipped cream, sprinkles and a lemon wedge.
