Warm Granola Breakfast Bowl is the perfect cozy start to any morning. Healthy oats, sweet, natural maple syrup and toasted almonds and coconut. These are the winter equivalent of a warm hug on a cold day.

Warm granola breakfast bowl is the perfect cozy start to any morning. Healthy oats, sweet, natural maple syrup and toasted almonds and coconut. These are the winter equivalent of a warm hug on a cold day.

Ingredients  

Granola

To Serve

  • 1/2 cup almond milk warmed
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 1 Tablespoon bee pollen

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix all the granola ingredients together and lay on a baking tray. 
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, toss the granola and continue to bake for a further 10 minutes. Split into 4 pots or bowls.
  • Heat the milk and pour over granola. Spoon the yogurt on top and garnish with the apple and bee pollen.
