Tater Tot Hotdish is a delicious and easy casserole made with ground beef, veggies, cream of cheddar and mushroom soup, and spices for a family favorite meal!
Add the ground beef, diced onions, and spices to a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat until the beef is browned. Stirring frequently. Remove from heat and drain any excess fat.
Add in the ketchup, corn, green beans, Worcestershire sauce, soups, and sour cream and mix until evenly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the beef mixture to a 9x13-inch casserole dish.
Top the mixture with frozen tater tots so they cover the whole dish.
Sprinkle the tater tots with shredded cheese and bake for 50 minutes.
Notes
To Freeze: You’ll want to prep the hotdish in a disposable aluminum pan and then cover it with plastic wrap and then cover with aluminum foil. Make sure to write the date on it. When you’re ready to enjoy it, simply remove the foil and plastic wrap and pop it in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.

Refrigerator: 4 days covered in plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
