The Best Comfort Food

You’ll love the creamy beef and veggies filling loaded with flavor and topped with crispy tater tots and cheddar cheese! I’ll be honest, I’d never heard the term “hotdish” until a couple of months ago when I was listening to Heidi’s Guide To Four Letter Words on Audible (super fun read – btw).

But this Tater Tot Hotdish recipe made me a believer! As the book states – don’t call it a casserole. But, let’s be honest, for those of us who don’t know what a hotdish is, that’s the easiest way to describe it.

How To Freeze Tater Tot Hotdish

You’ll want to prep the hotdish in a disposable aluminum pan and then cover it with plastic wrap and then cover with aluminum foil. Make sure to write the date on it. Then store it in the freezer for up to 4 months.

When you’re ready to enjoy it, simply remove the foil and plastic wrap and pop it in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 1 hour.
