Notes

  • How Many Cocktails Does This Recipe Make? This Raspberry Gin Cocktail Recipe makes one drink. However, since you'll already have the ingredients out after making the first one, making a few extra for friends is no trouble!
  • Can I Make A Batch Of These Drinks Ahead of Time? Since this drink is made with soda water, it shouldn't be made ahead of time. Doing so will cause the club soda to lose carbonation, altering the experience of the cocktail.
  • Do I Have To Use Homemade Raspberry Simple Syrup In This Recipe? No, you can make this recipe using store-bought raspberry syrup as well. I just find that the homemade version brings fresh, crisp flavor to the cocktail.
