This Italian Shaken Espresso recipe makes the best non alcoholic Espresso Martini! It's a great addition to brunch or as a sweet nightcap!
Ingredients

espresso
▢

teaspoons
simple syrup
▢

coffee beans
for garnish
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ of the way full of
ice
.
Add
2 ounces espresso
and
2 teaspoons simple syrup
and shake for 30 seconds.
Strain into a martini or coupe glass, shaking to get as much foam out as possible.
Garnish with coffee beans.
