This Italian Shaken Espresso recipe makes the best non alcoholic Espresso Martini! It's a great addition to brunch or as a sweet nightcap!

Ingredients  

  • ice
  • 2 ounces espresso
  • 2 teaspoons simple syrup
  • 2-3 coffee beans for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ of the way full of ice.

  • Add 2 ounces espresso and 2 teaspoons simple syrup and shake for 30 seconds.

  • Strain into a martini or coupe glass, shaking to get as much foam out as possible.
