Ingredients  

  • 1 (9.25oz.) bag Nacho Doritos
  • 1 (14.5oz.) can Heinz baked beans in rich tomato sauce 415g
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese freshly grated with melt best
  • sour cream optional topping
  • scallions optional topping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 13x18-inch baking pan with aluminum foil.
  • Spread 1 (9.25oz.) bag Nacho Doritos out on the pan.
  • Spoon the 1 (14.5oz.) can Heinz baked beans in rich tomato sauce over the Doritos.
  • Sprinkle the top with 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, dollop with sour cream, and sprinkle with diced scallions if desired.
