Would I Make This Again? It might not be my favorite nacho recipe, but I wouldn’t hesitate to make it again as a quick fix or a game day dish.

Margot Robbie’s “Narchos” Ingredients

I love coming across a trending recipe that’s incredibly easy to make with minimal, simple ingredients. And this recipe for Margot Robbie’s Nachos is just that!

To make a batch, all you need is a bag of Nacho Doritos, Heinz baked beans in rich tomato sauce, and shredded cheddar cheese. When they’re finished baking, you can top the sheet of nachos with dollops of sour cream and a sprinkle of diced scallions.

The key to these nachos is the baked beans! To make Margot’s version, they must be the Heinz baked beans in rich tomato sauce in the teal can. These beans have more of a savory, tomato flavor than the sweet version Americans tend to reach for.

These Heinz baked beans are also used to make Viral Jacket Potatoes!

How To Make Margot Robbie’s Bean & Cheese Nachos

  1. Preheat the oven and line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Spread Nacho flavored Doritos out on the pan in an even layer.
  3. Spoon the Heinz baked beans in rich tomato sauce over the layer of Doritos.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the nachos. Then transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven to bake.
  5. Remove the nachos from the oven and garnish with sour cream and diced scallions if desired.

Rebecca’s Nacho Tips

  • Lining the baking pan with aluminum foil is key to a mess-free nacho experience.
  • While using bagged shredded cheese keeps this recipe quick and simple, I do recommend using freshly grated cheese if possible. Freshly grated cheese melts much nicer, giving you the ultimate cheesy pull!
  • If you can’t find the teal can of Heinz baked beans in tomato sauce, you can order them on Amazon, or I found them locally at Shaw’s (Albertson’s family grocery store). You can also swap them out for Amy’s Organic Beans in Tomato Sauce or Bush’s Best Original Baked Beans.
  • To avoid soggy nachos, you can drain some of the liquid from the can of beans.
  • Feel free to enjoy these nachos as is or garnish them with your favorite toppings!
