Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip
This Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip is made with real cream and blue cheeses, rotisserie chicken, hot sauce and spices for a sensational appetizer that's sure to please!
Servings: 12 people
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 4.4 oz. Castello Blue Cheese crumbled
- meat of rotisserie chicken shredded
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- parsley for garnish
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce, crumbled Castello blue cheese, shredded chicken, and seasonings in a medium bowl and mix until well blended. Separate into two oven safe baking dishes and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley. Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese has melted.
Serve hot with chips or veggies.
