Warm granola breakfast bowl is the perfect cozy start to any morning. Healthy oats, sweet, natural maple syrup and toasted almonds and coconut. These are the winter equivalent of a warm hug on a cold day.
Ingredients

maple syrup

desiccated coconut

sliced almonds
To Serve

almond milk
warmed

Greek yogurt

apple thinly sliced

Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, mix all the granola ingredients together and lay on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, toss the granola and continue to bake for a further 10 minutes. Split into 4 pots or bowls.
Heat the milk and pour over granola. Spoon the yogurt on top and garnish with the apple and bee pollen.
