Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray.
Slice rolls like you would a burger bun and place bottom half in the pan and set the top half aside.
In a small bowl, stir together the mustard and mayo and spread out on the bottom half of the rolls.
Add 10 1/2 slices of the McKenzie Artisan Vermont Maple Smoked Cheddar Cheese to cover the mayo and mustard mixture, layer with slices of McKenzie Artisan Honey Uncured Ham and add the remaining 10 1/2 slices of cheese on top of the ham. Place the top half of the rolls back on top of the sliders.
Whisk together melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Use a basting brush to brush the mixture evenly over the top of the rolls.
Cover with aluminum foil and let sit for 10 minutes, transfer to the oven and bake for 10 minutes with aluminum foil on, remove aluminum foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and enjoy warm.
