Chocolate Malt Frosting
Chocolate Malt Frosting is made with whipped butter, heavy cream, and sugar, laced with Ovaltine malt powder for a deliciously rich buttercream recipe.
Servings: 8 cups
Cream the butter and Ovaltine together in a large bowl or stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.
Add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time alternating with heavy cream. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add salt and beat on high for 2 to 3 minutes until frosting is light and fluffy.
