  • ice
  • 4 strawberries sliced
  • 1 lime sliced into wedges
  • ¾ cup pink gin1
  • cups prosecco
  • cups lemon-lime soda2
  • 1 ounce simple syrup3 optional

  • Add sliced strawberries and limes to an ice filled carafe. You’ll want to squeeze the lime juice into the carafe and drop the squeezed wedges in after.
  • Add the gin, Prosecco, and lemon lime soda and give the mix a stir before serving.

  1. Make sure to use a pink gin and not a sloe gin for this recipe.
  2. You can use either Sprite or Sierra Mist for the lemon lime soda, but don't substitute for club soda.
  3. If you like your cocktails sweet, consider adding an ounce of simple syrup or grenadine.
