This Shaken Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso is a Starbucks Copycat recipe made with brown sugar simple syrup, espresso, oat milk, and cinnamon. It's easy, delicious, and in my opinion, even better than the original!

Ingredients  

  • tablespoons Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
  • 2 (1oz.) shots espresso
  • 4 ounces oatmilk
  • ground cinnamon optional garnish

Instructions

  • Add brown sugar syrup and espresso to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  • Strain or pour into a glass with ice.
  • Top with the oat milk and add a dash of cinnamon if desired.
