Watermelon Popsicles are made with just watermelon, lime juice, and sugar for a healthier popsicle option to cool off with all summer long!
Servings: 12 people
- 6 cups fresh watermelon chunks
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Combine watermelon, lime juice and sugar in a blender.
Pulse a few times before moving to a full blend until a smooth puree consistency is achieved.
Pour into popsicle mold.
Freeze for at least 5 hours or overnight before removing from molds.
