This Parmesan Garlic Bread is the perfect side for Bertolli’s Frozen Chicken Florentine. A quick and easy recipe loaded with herbs, butter, and Parmesan cheese that can be whipped up in minutes!
The other day, I whipped up this Parmesan Garlic Bread and a Bertolli Frozen Chicken Florentine dinner to celebrate the fact that we made it through the day. Sometimes, I think we forget to celebrate the little things, the day to day successes, even if that’s just getting out of bed and taking a shower, because, some days, adulting is hard.
We all have so much going on in our lives. Work, school, meetings, friends, family and the list goes on. Sure we celebrate the big moments like weddings and graduations, but man we work so hard in life, and we deserve to celebrate every day!
With our house under contract and our jobs as crazy as ever, Matt and I’s life has felt in limbo for the last few weeks. And during that time, every night Matt comes home, we just look at each other and say “we’re still here”, the world didn’t burn down around us and it’s all going to be okay, and personally, I think that alone is worth celebrating.
And since we’re saving all our dollars for a new house and our upcoming trip to Italy in April, that means celebratory meals are being enjoyed at home, which means we’re always looking for whatever is going to be quick, easy, and require the minimal amount of dishes. This Bertolli Frozen Chicken Florentine from Walmart fits the bill perfectly and it comes in family size or just for two!
Bertolli’s version of the classic Italian favorite, Farfalle pasta cooks up al dente. Grilled white meat chicken and tender spinach are prepared in a luscious sauce made with white wine and Parmesan and Romano cheeses. And you can’t serve up an Italian dish for dinner without some garlic bread!
This Parmesan Garlic Bread is so simple to make and is loaded with herbs and salty Parmesan! You can prep the butter spread ahead of time for even more bold flavor and it baked up in less than 15 minutes!
How do you celebrate the little wins in life?
