Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Salads are so refreshing in the summertime, and the best way to make them a little more exciting is to use a delicious dressing. If you’re looking for a fresh way to add a pop of flavor to your produce, this homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette recipe will certainly do the trick!

My husband Matt loves vinaigrette dressings, especially fruity ones, so I usually keep a bottle of this stuff in the fridge in the summer (hey, anything that helps us eat more veggies, amirite?). Plus, we sometimes like to pick our own berries, and this is a healthy way to enjoy them.

What Is In Raspberry Vinaigrette?

Sweet, savory, and irresistibly tangy, this simple Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing is made with fresh raspberries, honey, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend; it’s that easy!

You may have tried store-bought raspberry vinaigrettes before, but it’s no comparison to this homemade version. When it’s made with fresh raspberries and wholesome ingredients, the flavors in scratch-made vinaigrettes are so much better — and it can be cheaper to make it at home!

You can also switch up this recipe by replacing the raspberries with strawberries or blueberries to make other fruit-inspired vinaigrettes. These dressings are especially yummy on salads with fresh fruit and berries because they bring out all that natural sweetness.

Salads are a great way to use up produce and other random ingredients that are starting to lose their freshness. Toss a handful of berries into lettuce, add some farm-fresh vegetables, nuts, and goat cheese, then top with a drizzle of Raspberry Vinaigrette for a gourmet salad to share or keep all to yourself!

You can also add protein like grilled chicken or salmon to make a complete and satisfying meal. Whatever you choose, this Raspberry Vinaigrette (or another berry version) will add the perfect amount of zing.

Simple, fresh, and inexpensive, the flavors in this homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette recipe are so much better than anything you can buy at the store! Blend up a batch to keep in your fridge to add a sweet and zesty kick to all your summer salads.

How Long Is Raspberry Vinaigrette Good For?

This homemade vinaigrette recipe doesn’t have any preservatives in it and should be used within two weeks for best results. Make sure to store in an air-tight container, like this one, in the refrigerator and shake before each use.
