Ingredient Notes

This Sparkling Vodka Cranberry Recipe is easy to make yet packs a ton of flavor! To make one you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • Vodka – Use what you have on hand or run out to grab your favorite bottle!
  • 100% Cranberry Juice – For a slight flavor change you could also use cranberry cocktail juice. The difference between the two is that 100% is sweetened with other fruits. Whereas, the cocktail juice is sweetened with sugar and high-fructose corn syrup.
  • Simple SyrupHomemade simple syrup for best flavor! Made in just 10 minutes using only 2 ingreidents!
  • Club Soda – Could also use a lemon-lime soda such as Sprite or Sierra Mist.
  • Garnishes – Dressing this cocktail up with sugared cranberries and sugared rosemary really adds a wonderful festive touch!

This cocktail is served over ice! However, I do suggest refrigerating the ingredients to ensure a perfectly chilled drink that’s extra refreshing!

Frequently Asked Questions

What Can I Use If I Don’t Have A Cocktail Shaker?

If you don’t have a cocktail shaker, no worries! You can also use a mason jar or a blender bottle. If you don’t have either of those you can just stir the vodka, cranberry juice, and simple syrup together vigorously.

How Do I Make Sugared Rosemary To Use As Garnish?

Easy, the same way you do to make the sugared cranberries! Just combine the rosemary with water and granulated sugar and in about 35 minutes you’ll have fancy garnishes!

Can I Use Cranberry Simple Syrup In This Recipe?

I’ve never tried this Vodka Cranberry Drink using cranberry simple syrup. However, I’m sure it’d turn out to be a tasty variation that’s lighter and more sophisticated!

If you choose to use it, I’d recommend leaving out the cranberry juice.

If I Have Leftover Sugared Garnishes Can I Save Them?

Yes! Store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Before using them I’d suggest coating them in more sugar to freshen them up a bit.
