Frozen Peach Bellini
- 1 cup Prosecco wine
- 8 ounces frozen sliced peaches
- 3 ounces peach schnapps
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 3 cups ice
- fresh peach slices, for garnish
- Combine the Prosecco, peaches, schnapps, powdered sugar, and ice in a blender and blend until a slush forms, pour into champagne glasses and serve with a peach slice.
