Ingredients For Biscoff Fudge
The star flavor in this Biscoff Cookie Butter Fudge Recipe is obvious – spiced, caramel-flavored Biscoff Cookies! And I’ve made sure this Easy Biscoff Fudge is filled with that flavor from the top to bottom!
To make a batch of this mouthwatering fudge, you’ll need:
- White Baking Chocolate
- Sweetened Condensed Milk
- Biscoff Spread
- Salt
- Biscoff Cookies

How To Make Biscoff Fudge
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and set it aside.
- Add white chocolate, condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt to a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat on intervals until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Stir half of the chopped Biscoff cookies into the fudge.
- Pour the Biscoff Fudge into the prepared baking pan and smooth it out. Top the fudge with the remaining chopped Biscoff cookies, pressing them into the fudge gently to ensure they adhere.
- Chill the fudge in the fridge to set before slicing and enjoying.
- Drizzle the top of the Biscoff Fudge with melted Biscoff spread for an optional topping!

Storage Instructions For Biscoff Fudge
Storing To Enjoy Now: Keep this fudge fresh and tasting its best by storing it in an airtight container in the fridge. It can then be enjoyed for up to 1 week.
Freezer Storage To Enjoy Later: I’d recommend placing the sliced fudge onto a baking sheet and flash-freezing it. This way the fudge doesn’t freeze up in one big clump and stick together. Afterward, place the frozen slices in an airtight container or a gallon Ziploc bag with the excess air squeezed out of it. The fudge is then good to store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Rebecca’s Recipe Tips
- This fudge can be prepared using the double-boiler method if you prefer. To do so, first grab a heatproof mixing bowl and a saucepan. Check to make sure the bowl will sit on top of the saucepan without falling into it. Then place the chocolate, condensed milk, Biscoff spread, and salt into the heatproof bowl. Next, place the bowl over the saucepan filled with simmering water. Stir the chocolate mixture until melted.
- This fudge can be made in a 9-inch square baking dish instead of an 8×8. Just keep in mind the fudge will turn out to be a bit thinner.
- If you can’t find Biscoff spread, you can use Speculoos spread instead.
- This Biscoff Fudge Recipe can be made without salt if you prefer. However, I do find that adding to this fudge does bring out its sweetness.

First time ever making fudge and it won’t be my last. This fudge is amazing. I had to go to quite a few stores before I found Biscoff Spread and Biscoff cookies, but I found them both at Metro (supermarket in Toronto) in the kosher section.
This fudge is easy to make in the microwave and it is absolutely delicious. Thank you for the awesome recipe.
